Phunktional has been working closely with young people of the North-Western corner of Victoria for over 7 years.

In response to community requests we have undertaken a research study to determine the feasibility of a new professional, community driven, youth performing arts centre based in Robinvale for young people across Sunraysia and Swan Hill.

A Robinvale Youth Performing Arts Centre (RYPAC) would provide world class training and workshops in contemporary dance, theatre, music and film, as well as cultural artforms. It will be a cultural arts beacon for the area.
