Phunktional’s Calling The Shots project emerged as one of the most significant of its kind in Mildura. This 3-year project enabled indigenous and non-indigenous young people in regional Victoria to write, perform in and direct broadcast quality films about social issues such as bullying, street violence, racial tension and the importance of friendship.
